Latest Update from the Kent County Road Commission as of 5/26/26:

Some utility lines were dug/placed in the wrong location, and work was temporarily halted for project re-evaluation.

On the morning of 5/26/26, a Kent County inspector met with Surf Internet’s project manager, revised plans were implemented,

and a new project manager and work crew have been assigned to the area.

Per the Miss Dig guidelines, Lake Bella Vista cannot authorize the removal of utility marking flags from resident yards.

Flags may generally be removed if the work has been completed or if no work has occurred for 21 days. Flags may be discarded after removal.

6:45-8am Boat Captain Check-in and Bump Board Pick-up at the LBV dam near and dock.

You may come by foot or by watercraft.

7:50 Welcome and Announcements.

8:00am–10:45 Open Fishing. Fish on! (Absolutely NO pre-fishing before 8am)

10:50 Final cut-off for photos to be submitted via text for longest bass and pike contests.

11:00 Buffalo Wild Wings Box Lunch provided by Jeff Carmody.

11:30 Awards and prize drawings at the dam.

Association Dues and Water Fees

Association dues for the fiscal year 2026 are set at $492.00 and are billed quarterly with your water bill at $123.00/quarter. Current water rates include a quarterly ready-to-serve fee of $62.50 with an additional $2.75/1,000 gallons used based on water usage. Boat Launch Card Application

Please use this application to obtain your LBV Boat Launch Card. You may then bring your application along with any/all watercraft registrations and $10 to the office to obtain your Key Card. To better assist you, call ahead during Spring/Summer to verify someone will be in the office during the time you plan to stop by.
