Call for Board of Directors Nominations
The Lake Bella Vista Improvement Association is accepting nominations for the upcoming Board of Directors election. All interested members in good standing are invited to apply. One seat is open; candidates may also run against an incumbent.
How to apply:
- Submit Your nomination: Nominations must be made in writing via email or delivered to the LBVIA office or a Nominating Commitee member at least 45 days prior to the annual meeting.
- Candidate Consent: Upon nomination, candidates will be contacted by the committee to confirm their intent to serve and participate in the election.
- Biographical Statement: Nominees may submit a biographical statement (up to 250 words) regarding their qualifications. This statement must be submitted to the committee at least 45 days before the annual meeting for approval and inclusion in the election newsletter.

Fall Yard Waste Pickup Dates
November 10, 17, 24, and December 1st
This is an excellent opportunity for residents to dispose of their yard waste safely and conveniently. Republic will collect leaves, branches, and other natural debris that you have accumulated in your yard. Please make sure that your yard waste is placed in paper bags or bundles that they can easily handle on the road verge (the grass right before the street) of your residence. We encourage all residents to take advantage of this service and help keep our community clean and beautiful.

Per the Miss Dig guidelines, Lake Bella Vista cannot authorize the removal of utility marking flags from resident yards.
Flags may generally be removed if the work has been completed or if no work has occurred for 21 days. Flags may be discarded after removal.
