|Violation Fines at $50 for Repeat Deed Restriction Offenders

The founders of Lake Bella Vista wisely passed Deed Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for all LBV properties. These documents are recorded with the Kent County Register of Deeds. These deed restrictions apply to all properties within the LBV community boundaries. As a result, LBV looks like a well-kept community. Your Board of Directors is charged with many duties relating to these recorded documents. One of these duties is to protect for the appearance of the residential LBV community by monitoring the placement of watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, sheds, fences, etc. and other items that are violating the deed restrictions.
